Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.
Please note that delays may occur during holidays, sales, high-order periods, or because of shipping carrier issues outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Urban Soul Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
